Those functions marked as “Depending on the website (*)” in the “Frequency of use” column are only used with some websites. You can ignore these functions if your website doesn’t need them. Following are the kind of websites that may use these functions:

Functions “User Group” and “User Account” are used with a website that has many collaborators to help posting and editing the content.
Collaborators are persons who register as members and were permitted to do some administration tasks for the website.

Functions “Books” and “PDF Books” are used when you need to post a whole book on the website. A book normally contains many chapters. Each chapter in a book is an article. Some books even group a few chapters into a part. Your website uses a different approach to reflect this structure of a book.

Function “Comments” is only used when a website allows readers to submit comments about an article. To prevent from irresponsible comments, an administrator (or a moderator) has to approve them before they will appear on the website.

Function “Advertisements” is only used with a website that needs to display advertisements. You may use this function for a different purpose such as showing an announcement, a picture, or a slide show at a specific position on the web page.
