A. Edit The Article Content.

Edit Available Article Content on Website.

The following basic instructions about editing the article content includes: editing the text and inserting/editing images in the article!

Step 1: Login to the admin site and the General page.

Add the phrase “/siteadmin” after the address of VNVN CMS 3.0 news website to login to the admin site.

==> Enter username ==> Password ==> Login.

Step 2: Access to the list of articles and select the article that needs edited.

Select “Articles” box in the General page to display the list of available articles on the website.

The list displays the titles and summery contents of articles that available on the website.

Select the “edit” symbol (pencil) or click directly on the article title to edit the content.

2.1  Insert the new content for the article.

Select to delete or edit the old content ==> enter the text into the content box directly.

(Use the text editing tools in the above box)

2.2.  Edit/Replace images for the article.

-  Basic Editing.

Click on the images which you want to edit ==> the editing toolbar displays below the image.

-Edit the size/location of image:

Select the desired image to edit ==> click on the desired size in the toolbar (from small to standard size) ==> select the location for image (Left – Centered – Right).

-Add a caption for image.

Select image ==> select “Add Caption” ==> enter the caption (using the tools to adjust the caption position).

- Remove the caption:

Select image ==> Select “Remove Caption”.

- Delete image.

- Remove image for the article.

Select the image that needs to replace ==> “Edit” or right click on the image and select “Insert/edit image”.

Select image ==> select “Edit” item below the toolbar

Or

Select image ==> right click ==> “Insert/edit image”.

Image URL: the image link in “Resource”.

Select “Resource” symbol that besides image URL to replace the desired image.

The image is updated successfully!

 

-Align for the article image.

Select image ==> “Edit” ==> select the the location to align for image.

-Change the image dimensions of article.

The current value of image dimensions are the original dimensions and the largest possible size of image. To change the dimensions of image, directly enter the dimensions that you want to change into the “Width” or “Height” box.

Note: The value of these boxes is the proportional value of image, when we change the value of one box (less than or equal to the original value), the remaining box will automatically change.

Add border – divide the distances between images.

Add border to image: Select image that you want to add border ==> “Edit” ==> type the dimension that you want to “Border” box ==> “Update”.

 Divide the distance between image and text in the article: Select image ==> “Edit” ==> directly type the distances that you want to change (Top - Right - Bottom - Left) ==> “Update”
